A small room, but practical solution with an "office desk". Memory-gel pillow in bed - I like it, and this is the first time I have such a pillow in a hotel. The room smelled "trapped human", as in after many nights sleep without venting out. No water bottle in the room - I think all hotels should offer that to their guests. Good location 400 meters from Nagano station. Good price. Poor help on messages via booking.com, and several incorrect answers, including the transport to Snow Monkey Park. Free luggage storage is plus.

The location of the hotel is fairly close to the train station. Easy walk, or take a bus for a stop. 7/11 across the street is nice. Pretty close to the bars in the city. Loved that they had washer dryer in the building. Rooms were nice and clean. Free coffee and manga rentals, if you could ready japanese.

The hotel is very well located, so close to the train station that we went by foot to the hotel. Breakfast is very good. There is a lot of Japanese options so you can try different foods. There is also a good number of options for vegetarians. There is a coffee machine free for customers.

Amenities were aplenty - from free toiletries, loungewear/pj set, free locker storage and beverages. The bath house and sauna were a treat from skiing/snowboarding. Not to mention that the hotel has a very cute AI pet robot and the collection of manga/comic books and anime collectibles.

Staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby area and a storage facility for luggage. There was also a very large library of Japanese comics - we weren’t able to read them but I’m sure Japanese folks would appreciate them!

This is a great value hotel with everything I need. Room is small, but the design is functional, it did not feel tight at all, surprisingly. ( 2 of us stay 4 nights in a Double room). Location is a little far from JR main station, but walkable and not in a busy area. Onsen is nice. 5 stars for breakfast, good quality, must try. staff are very helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was clean and the bed with pillows was very comfortable! We especially appreciated that this hotel has an onsen, a library with many great books, a wending machine for free hot drinks, a washing machine, and a safe lock box area to store the luggage. Hotel is right next to the 7/11. Thank you very much!

A big thankyou to one of your staff. We were greeted by Jamie at reception and she was friendly and very helpful. She helped us by speaking English and she made us feel very welcome. Jamie was also there when we checked out, and she was just as friendly. She even agreed to use our phone to take a short video of our family leaving the hotel. Thank you so much Jamie.

- Comfortable and pleasant bedroom with what felt like a new bathroom. Not as cramped as I was expecting. - Public bath on top floors was good though I couldn't see out the windows and it can get crowded at times - Next to a convenience store

Convenient hotel a few minutes walk from the station. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, although a bit small. I was highly amused by their manga lounge although I did not borrow any books. The staff was able to assist me in forwarding my luggage to my next hotel. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and was slightly different each day.
